Privacy Notice

 

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for RtChex.net, RtChex.com, Run Ticket Mobile, RtChex Pumper, RtChex Gauger, and RtChex Water - henceforth referred to as RtChex collectively. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by RtChex. It will notify the user of the following:

 

  1. What personally identifiable information (if any), is collected by RtChex, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared.

  2. The options available regarding the use of collected data.

  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of personally identifying information.

  4. How the user may correct any inaccuracies within collected information.

 

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

 
RtChex is the sole owner of the information collected through the sites and applications outlined above with access to/collection of information that the user voluntarily gives via email, mobile device, or other direct form of contact. RtChex will not sell, rent, nor share this information to/with third parties outside of user authorized secure parties.

 

Information may however be used by RtChex for service related purposes at their sole discretion.

Unless otherwise requested, RtChex may contact the user via email regarding new services, or changes to this privacy policy.

 

User Access To and Control Over Information


The user may do the following at any time by contacting RtChex via the email address or phone number provided through the above outlined sites and applications:

 

  • See what personal data (if any) has been collected.

  • Change/correct any personal information saved

  • Express any concern regarding the use of collected data.

 

Security


RtChex takes precautions to protect user information. When users submit sensitive information via web or mobile device, information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever sensitive information is collected, that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. This can be verified by looking for "https" at the beginning of each URL.

While encryption is used to protect sensitive information transmitted online, RtChex also protects user information offline. Only verified employees needing information to perform a specific job (for example: billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which personally identifiable information is stored are kept in a secure environment.

If users feel that RtChex is not abiding by this privacy policy, they should contact RtChex immediately via the contact information provided through the secure portals.


In order to use RtChex, a user must first complete the registration form and agree to the End User Licensing Agreement (EULA). During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name, phone number with the mobile apps and email address). This information may be used to contact users regarding the product or for service related issues as well as identify the company with which the user is affiliated.

 

Sharing

 

RtChex utilizes "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site, user's hard drive, or mobile device to help improve access and identify repeat users. Cookies can also enable the tracking and targeting of issues and usage to enhance the user experience while adding an extra layer of security. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on RtChex.


RtChex is a clearinghouse of information shared with additional authorized secure parties within specific transactions. When a user registers for RtChex services, user names or other contact information as well as any necessary transactional data will be shared with the authorized secure parties. These parties are not to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of improving the communication relative to specific transactions within this product per their signed EULA.

 

Mobile Camera

 

RtChex does not utilize the mobile device camera ­­for the intention of capturing photographs/pictures. At this time the sole purpose of using the device camera is strictly for the bar code reading capabilities.
